Very good value, adds a sporty look to the TRD Sport, and fit was good. Only improvement would be the wiring. The 4 LEDs are pre-harnessed together, leaving 2 bare wires plus the 2 halo LEDs for 4 wires to tap into the parking light circuit. Would be nice if they were all wired into a single wire. Also, I don't like the headlight connector. Bad enough, the truck side connector is wiggly but on the OEM headlights it's not going to vibrate too much. But having that extra connector to mate up to the truck side is terribly easy to plug but that connection is not secure and will vibrate quite a bit no matter how you zip tie it down which can lead to iffy connection and short bulb lifespan. Halogen bulbs don't take kindly to that. I cut off both the truck side and the light side 3-wire and soldered them together. There is another connection inside for replacing the H1 bulb. We'll see how it goes. There were a few reviewers complaining about short bulb life on this product and I suspect that's the culprit. There's not clip to hold the connection together and both sides are just as iffy even if you load it with dielectric grease to keep out the moisture.

The product was nice, the packaging was great but there were no instructions for the wiring or the installation of the product. The original product comes with quick connects to assist with wiring the halo but this one does not. You'll have to spend extra money for the quick connect wiring tools and download the manual from the Spyder website. All in all, the product was nice but they should have at least included enough quick connectors for the wiring.

These headlights provide an instant upgrade in terms of both appearance and functionality. For my 2010 Tacoma I did need to unmount the bumper to get to the last bolt but it wasn't a difficult process at all. The lights are well built and fit perfectly. I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Since the description says "some simple wiring connection", I thought I would give more detail to that. There are two wires for each of the 3 LEDs, two wires for each of the two halos, so all together 5 positive and 5 negative wires. FYI 5 wires do not fit into one quick connect. I am very disappointed that these were not spliced together better. In addition, the wires come with no covering material, so they're designed to dangle exposed in my engine compartment????I don't think so, these are going back.

one head light bulb failed in the first two months after installing....

They fit perfect for a 2009 tacomma.They looked so good on the truck, better looking than a newer tacomma!!! My wife and I were very pleased!

Have had for a month and have had it rain snow and everything and no leak or water in my lights

Love the look of these lights. I had my mechanic install and it took him 2 hours. Many issues wither. Top passenger side LED in the DRLwasn't working from the start. After changing 2 bulbs the DRL and signals stopped working...back to the shop. Apparently there was a short in one of the wires. They fixed it and NOW everything seems to be OK. I give them a 5 for appearance but a lot of work.

The lights were easy to install. They didn't require any modifications. I had to do a little testing to figure out the wiring for the halos and led lights. I'm also happy with the price and as you can see the really enhance the look of the truck.
