Does this product come with flint and wicks, or, are they sold separately like the fuel?

It comes fully functional, with a flint and wick installed. You just add lighter fluid. You will need to buy additional wicks and flints after these wear out. Amazon also has a great price on a combo of these.

Which one rubs off easily?

Hi Chelsea! Thanks for your question. This lighter is laser etched and the design will never rub off.

Does the lighter with the blue gem have the design on both sides?

I have been looking at the lighters for some tie now and NONE of the lighters have anything on the back, they are all just a polished metal.

Does it come with fuel already in it

No. That would be dangerous to ship. No one ships these with fuel.
