Practice the individual exercises before stringing them together in a 30-minute session.
I'm using the series for seniors age 85-95. They're troupers at being challenged. I've watched the show on satellite at home abs use many of Curtis's exercises in daily routines. I purchased the 3-DVD series about a month ago and use the seated exercise one on Fridays as an "exercise challenge," since it's a little faster paced than my seniors are accustomed to. I also think Curtis speaks fast for seniors' hearing. Having said that, I plan to continue using the DVDs weekly to help the seniors monitor their progress.

Very good work outs
Curtis does a really good job with these videos. There are a variety of work outs so I don't get bored with doing the same thing every time. And he really works you. Other senior videos keep you moving but don't get your heart rate up like Curtis does. You can either stand or sit while doing them so you can work at your own pace. He has a great attitude and presentation and he and his back up people are always smiling so it's very uplifting. I'm going to get his other videos too.

Definitely not too easy
In 30 minutes, you get cardio, weights and stretch. This is not like most senior workouts-a little bit tough but you know it is worth your time. Also, the moves are varied so you never get bored. Glad I bought them.

Does once a month work
The video using exercise bands was too difficult. The other two are good but we only use them once a month

Wow! As a senior, I love it.
I will purchase more of Curtis' dvds. Lots of variation and really good workouts even Simply Seated. I have a few other seated exercise videos, but this is the best. It is a challenge. Buy this set. You won't be disappointed.

Comes with the bands to do the various intensity levels for seniors with good instruction.

Great DVD's
I am very happy with these DVD's. I am 62 years old and they are the perfect fit for me, not too easy, not too hard. I feel like i get a full body workout.
