Hands down works flawlessly
For the 6 individual settings you get, I cannot find any other item to compare it to and it works flawlessly. A message from my contractor that put it together "be patient" it took quite a lot of reading instructions to get it together, but in the end it is amazing

Paid for new.. got someone else return item!
Going to see about returning. After paying well over $300 for this, I Recieved what is obviously a returned item from someone else!!!!😡Parts were open and spewn about the box. It has gashes in the finished surface. I paid extra for the Venetian bronze.if I wanted used, I could have went to a local Habitat for Humanity!!!
