These cartridges rarely cause any issues and run forever it seems. We shake and reinstall multiple times and the print quality is very good for a substantial savings.

I have an old HP laser printer that is an absolute workhorse. 15 years old, I use it every day, and it runs like it is still brand new. When I first got it replacement cartridges were really expensive. I assume that most machines of this vintage are no longer in use and that is why cartridge prices have become a lot less expensive. I have bought this brand of replacement cartridge before and they were a good bargain. They last a long time. I get about 6 months use out of each one. And I have found that when they start running out of toner if you remove the cartridge and tilt it back and forth to redistribute the remaining toner you can get a couple of extra weeks out of them. Good value, long lasting, what's not to like?

You gotta love buying replacement HP toner cartridges that work. HP goes out of there way to make sure you spend a fortune on "HP genuine" replacement cartridges. These cartridges work perfectly, install quick and easy and will save you a lot of dough.

there is simple to install. It would be nice if there was an easy way to make sure you have all the packing material out of the cylinder. If they would put more of it in the cartridge would also be nice too.

I didn't find these to last near as long as usual. Also, I the second one from the box now leaves a giant line across the page about a 1/4 inch thick. I use this printer in an office setting and can't have my documents looking like this. Sad. I've used the monoprice ones for years and never had an issue. I guess I'm going back to those.UPDATE: Seller emailed me shortly after I left this review asking me to verify my address so they could send me a replacement. I verified the address. I did buy some toner from MP in that time, it shipped, was delivered and installed. My printer works like new again. Stay away unless you are printing coloring pages for your child or something else that isn't important.

After all it is just a cartridge, similar aftermarket worked well for me and this one works fine, no streaks or issues with"wrong something" messages... Did not count pages but they lasted quite a while, on price point u can get few of it vs original off store so why bother....

I've ordered from This retailer before. MUCH cheaper than big box stores. I use this for HOME printing, and I am happy with it. Single side printing is fine, no problems. Double sided printing results in some smudging. It is as if the ink doesn't dry fast enough and gets smudged when it gets flipped over for the printing on 2nd side. I get around this by running odd pages through first and then doing even pages through the manual loader. If it's just a few pages, I just print on one side. If it's not an important document, I save paper by reusing scrap paper that has been only used on one side. I would not buy this "discount" cartridge for office high volume double sided printing.

We have been buying these cartridges for about 7 years now and it has saved us so much money. A trick You can try that we do is remove the cartridge and shake it when it is showing signs of running out and you can get about another 20 to 50 pages printed before you completely run out ink.
