File Organiser, Xndryan 24 Pockets Expanding File Folder Accordion Document Organiser Filing Boxes A4 Organiser Folder for Office School Home

I learned many years ago the importance of sensibly filing way such items as documents, bills, statements, receipts etc. It may be a chore initially to set your filing system up with labelled sections but, once you have, your life will be made so much easier. When you need to quickly seek out that oh so important receipt or insurance document, it’ll be there right at your fingertips! 👍Once you have made your decision to 'file stuff away' - you need to choose a good and appropriate storage system. I’m now 64 years of age, so I’ve been through a few filing boxes/folders in my time - ranging from metal ones that were heavy to handle, and difficult to open/close😡 to a couple of cardboard concertina ones, both which eventually got worn out, and fell apart.😭So, when it came to replace our last one, after the plastic catch broke. 😠 - I looked long and hard at what was available on Amazon. For my budget (under £15) I eventually found what I think is an ideal product for home filing - this concertina file from Xndryan. I like that this appears to be well made from sturdy plastic, and that it contains 24 individually coloured strong plastic pockets. Each pocket features a tab into which you can insert your own written headings - plenty of cardboard tabs are provided for you to do this. There is also a strip of 12x 'Month' tabs. The nice thing about this concertina file is that, when there isn't too much paperwork in it, you can close it up to make a slim space-saving file. As it fills up with paperwork, it'll expand, yet can still easily be fastened up with the simple, elasticated loop & button closure. As with all filing systems its best not to overload it. For instance, if you're keeping monthly bank statements, you will generally only ever require the last 6 months - so get rid of those that go back much further - be disciplined! This expanding file folder from Xndryan is far better than any of our previous folders, and it suits our needs perfectly. Given the quality of this product, and it's reasonable price tag, I have no hesitation at all in recommending it to you. Many thanks for checking out my review, I hope you found it of use.

Great, sturdy organiser with plenty of pockets for even the most complicated of households. We use it to keep our bills, receipts, important documents sorted and safe. Plus, it’s so colorful!

Bought this to organise my paperwork. It has 24 sections so plenty of room for the different bits needed. A4 paperwork fitted in okay long ways, but stuck up slightly over the top of the tabs. The papers also stuck out in the bottom corners as the bottom edges are rounded, but obviously A4 paper isn't! it comes with tabbed card, A-Z/Jan-Dec, but I turned them over and wrote on them for the subjects I needed. It's a bit fiddly putting the card into the tabs, but they go in. You can see whats written on them very clearly though as the plastic is quite thick and not very see through. On the whole, it's served it's purpose. It opens out, concertina style, and closes down to a A4 folder size (dependent on what you have in it), closing with an band over the front catch. The best bit about it is the colours, very bright and vibrant. It feels solid enough, but have my doubts how long it will last when it's full! Perfect for school work, homework or household paperwork.

Great for paperwork. Stays quiet compact

As you can see, I had an incredible amount of paperwork I needed for my car (office) i wondered if it would all fit, and it does with plenty of room. Each pocket can hold ALOT. Little tabs provided to label each pocket which slide in easily. Feels very sturdy. The elastic stretches round with easy. Nice it can expand open so far to see all the paperwork like a filing cabinet- but better as you can take it around with you. VERY HAPPY WITH ITEM. Would buy again if needed more pockets.

Nice expanding file with plenty of pockets and printed or blank tabs. Unfortunately , the elastic cord used to keep it closed is not long enough for even a reasonable fill and is not fit for purpose . It will only stretch to about to about a six inch file fill . As the file can stretch and accommodate far more than that it is a poor design feature . The product should come with an additional elastic cord which is longer and allows you to make use of its expansive capabilities .

This have lovely different colors of plastic case which defines borders, it gives me an idea of which layer corresponds to my organize file. Also it has a little sticky month description. Didn't expect much but this turned out to be perfect for the price and it also appears to be sturdy to hold as much paper as would want, material extends so it can contain more.

So pleased with this organiser that I have purchased 2 now (one for me and one for my Mum) it holds a lot more then I thought and so compact and tidy and so much better then my old one
