Would this work to keep food items cold?

Yes, it keeps cold foods cold and hot foods hot. With pizza, I make sure to leave a gap of an inch or so to allow steam to escape so as not to dog up the crust. The amount of heat escaping through this gap is negligible. With cold foods, tighten the straps. I’ve used this brand since 2002 -the first one was left out and mice got to it.

Will this hold 3 large pizzas? I probably should call the pizza place and ask what size the boxes are but that seems awkward. 🤦🏻♀️

Our 20"X20"X9" pizza carrier can hold 3 large pizzas.

I want to use this bag to store some large discs. What is the actual internal dimensions of the bag?

I don't know the exact dimensions but just as the picture shows, it can hold 4 Large pizza boxes. I hope that helps you out.

Does this have padding/insulation on the sides of the bag too? Most bags only have padded tops/bottoms.

The bag feels the same on the sides as on the top and bottom, so yes there must be insulation all around. Keeps the pizza hot.
