Evaluating Training Programs: The Four Levels (3rd Edition)

Excellent and relevant book for evaluation of training programs. I read this book while getting my Masters in Learning Design. The book is an easier read than most books in this field and the author is one of the most renowned Evaluator's of our generation. He explains concepts which you can certainly use in the workplace, and has case studies to back up his theories.

Purchased as a required book for class. It is well written and easy to understand. Implementing the book learning into my projects is easy especially with the detailed case studies.

I didn't realize this book was a large print book until I received it. I find the larger print very convenient when I am looking at the book from a distance while typing on my computer but it makes the book heavier. All-in-all, the book is good to have, especially when you are studying after a long day at work.

Not incredible, and has a flavor of a decade ago, but also structured for practical use.

A very quick and easy explanation of the Kirkpatrick 4 Levels of Evaluation Model. Can be applied immediately with case studies to help you understand how to effectively apply the steps.

The information in the book is great ... but the book's layout is hard to read. The large font causes many of the tables and figures to be on pages not relating to the text. Everything time I start reading it, my eyes get tired.

Help me to understand the different levels for measuring training programs... It's the foundation of how can I understand ROI and make training programs more attractive for implementation
