Works as designed. The install was fairly straightforward. My existing wiring required the 2 hot wires on the switch to be connected together with both hot wires in the wall. Your mileage may vary depending on how your load devices (lights/fans) are wired.Wire it as directed first. If you end up with only one of your 2 load devices powering up you will most likely have to wire it as I did.NOTE: You need to wait at least 3 minutes after you turn the breaker on for this switch to be fully function. The PIR sensor will not work until it is charged. This is called out in the instructions so be patient.The problem I was trying to solve was the bathroom shower fan being left on all day. This switch did exactly what I needed it to do.I've installed Topgreener switches (this dual load and several single load) in all of my bathrooms and the laundry room. Most of them are in vacancy mode, the laundry room and guest bathroom are in occupancy mode. All 8 of them function flawlessly.By using all of the same manufacturer the Wife Appeal Factor is high. They look good and work great.

Works well so far. Had to turn down the sensitivity for a small powder room as it kept turning off then immediately on when timer would expire.

I selected this product because I wanted a double switch with motion sensor. This one was better than competing products I looked at for functionality as well as installation and programming ease. Occupancy sensor is not limited to single switch. It can trigger one or both switches upon entering the room.

I really like how it doesn't have "fan" and "light" icons on the switches so you can use it for multiple things. There are also several modes and a range of times you can configure for it. It squeezes tons of easy to configure options into a small package. I really like how it's all switches and knobs instead of having to install an app or complicated pressing patterns to program it. It's simple and straight forward as soon as you read what the configuration switch is for.

When the fan runs on sw2 it doesn't turn off automatically after leaving the room

These switches appear to be perfect for dual-load applications (like washroom lights and fan) but.....they are designed to California energy standards and feature a 30 second walk-through feature. In other words, if someone walks-through the field of view or motion zone and is in that field of view for fewer than 30 seconds, the switch turns off the loads in 2.5 minutes without regards to the on-duration the switches have been user-operable set for. Imagine this switch controlling a church bathroom. Someone walks in to use a stall and is only in the zone for 10 seconds. The lights and fan come on. The loads switch off after 2.5 minutes even if you have the loads set for 15 minutes. Imagine how frightening this would be to someone in a bathroom stall. Apparently there is no user-definable way to override this function. I'd give this switch a zero if possible. I understand he need to meet CA energy standards but the walk-through should be over-ride-able.

Product works a described. Wish it had more timing options...
