Q: Are the fabric sheets replaceable?

Not sure I've looked everywhere for replacement even a black scrim

Q: Where can you buy replacement screens for this? Someone spilt wine on my facade at a recent event and im finding it is harder to get these clean.

I have searched and even looked on the manufactures website to buy black scrims. This is the draw back of buying this product. You may have to have a seamstress make some for you.

Q: can you use a projector with the white scrims?

You probably could utilize it as a projector screen. Keep in mind that the black bars (separators) would be visible at all times. The material is also scrim, therefore not very thick.
