This product, within one month of usage, both motor on indicator led and tank full indicator is not working

WORKS WELL AS AN AUTO OFF SWITCH, BUT NOT INTENDED TO USE WITH A DOL STARTER
The level controller works well with its level sensors, that can activate a relay contact to turn off a motor directly connected to this device. But, the vendor failed to answer my specific question about connecting this to a Motor Starter Unit. He promised me that the level controller will work with a motor starter with contactor and the equipment has all the necessary contacts/terminals for that. But this controller has no provision to connect the Motor Contactor and push buttons. So, you need to push the ON button on the Motor starter as well to start the pump. Well, it works, but not as intended. Person with a little bit of technical knowledge on motor control circuits could easily understand this.

Cheap and best
My Water Tank is at the height of 60 feet and Water level Controller is installed in car garage at ground floor. Controller is working nicely. Now water and electricity is saving everyday automatically. Everyone should buy this product product.
