The drone is fantastic. The flymore combo that is from DJI is great especially with the smart controller. The stuff you get with this kits meh idk if it was worth the 2k but I haven't added it up and figured it out. Everything but the drone got shipped first which sketched me out a bit. But the seller was very prompt on responding when I voiced my concerns. Almost returned the order because I wasn't about to pay 2k for a case and some minor pieces. But it came in a few days later and it has been great. Pretty easy to learn how to fly. I've gotten some great pictures and videos from it. I bring it everywhere with me never know when you are gonna see something really cool and you want to capture it. I have people already asking for pictures I took.

Seller is less than desirable. Within a few days of ordering the price was reduced. No problem, contacted the seller and they refunded the difference. The next day the price fell again. Again, contacted seller. This time they promptly changed the price on Amazon and told me it was a mistake. (Price happened to be the same as just prior to the holidays 2021). Despite screenshots showing both the new price and expected delivery date the seller would not budge.Finally got around to opening the package a week or so after delivery. Bottom of shipping box was poorly taped and arrived partially open. No big deal as everything else was boxed up, right? Unfortunately, it was a big deal. Some cables and the memory card were apparently missing. So, I assume they're in the packages in the box and open everything up. Still not there.Meanwhile, I'm excited to finally get the drone working and ready to fly. The accessories are all "cheap" and not worth the difference from buying the combo and your own accessories. Picture is not representative of what you get. Yes, the text outlines what is included. Still, the picture, and depending on how you read the description, makes one believe you get more than you do.Fed up with the seller and the accessories I start a return. Return goes normally and then see that I am short $240 on my refund. Seller is charging a restocking fee of an asinine amount. Yes, I opened the package. But, prior to me reaching out about the memory card and other items there was no verbiage on the item page about restocking fees - of any kind. Not until I told the seller I was returning did they change that - convenient.Amazon stepped up and did right by me. I will avoid this seller at all costs and suggest you do your homework before purchasing this combo - you have better options if you research and purchase accessories separately.

Can't go wrong with DJI. The smart controller is worth the investment. The vendor helped and addressed any issue I had. I would recommend this product and vendor.

The drone works perfect, but the only down side is the hard case that came with it, it simply wasn't made for the smart controller, even the drone itself just barely manage to fit, I had to squeeze it in so it can fit. The hard case is what I wanted and the soft case that comes with it is nice but it can be a little cramped putting all your accessories in it.So you might as well get the hard case separately.

Very disappointed that the case is not configured so I can carry my extra batteries and smart controller. I have to make a choice.

It appears to be a great drone. no hrs on it

Only buy when you can get a bundle with batteries, etc. You’ll save money and be able to fly longer. Great images and easy to learn. Our 9yo friend picked it up quickly. Tons of videos online to help.

I am not able to buy a critical warranty of replacement. I got directed to manufacturer and because I did not but it direct I am having to run around that I am yet to figure out how and it is probably too late for me.
