i haven't used all of the suites yet but i have been very pleased with the spreadsheet

Its ok. It's an very earlier version of Excel, but it will do. That dawn Microsoft windows upgrade just wiped most of my important software from my computer and I tried getting things back to their original state, but now Microsoft cost me money. Now, because of those f---ing Microsoft upgrades, Microsoft is charging for every individual software application. I was contempt and satisfied with the excel version I had. I even setup my settings to not to automatically upgrade, it did it anyway without my permission. But very soon, hopefully, I be finish with Microsoft.

Install the program with no problem, but is totally usless. Send a letter to someone theyw ill not be able to open unless they have this Open Office Suite program installed. Can't send by email unless you copy and paste to email. The recepient cannot open without the program. Just a total wasted of money. The program cannot be uninstalled once it is installed. Message saying can't uninstall because some one is using the program. Now I will have to take computer to Best Buy to have program removed.

I suspect that I'll run beyond the allotted space for comments: I'm a lifelong student, published author, and amateur playwright. I generate a lot of text - and over the years I've lost literally thousands of hours of files using MS Word. I compounded this problem by recently enrolling in the MS 365 program. It is with absolute delight that I'm now using Open Office: no need to be connected to the Internet; no relentless "updates" to keep techie programmers employed; and Open Office comes with a complete and clearly written users manual! If they ever offer a Nobel Prize for excellent, affordable, world class software - it's gotta be you guys!Thanks!Doc Evison

Missing a real Data Base, other wise for the money it was fine. Easy to use and install. Worth every penny.

I installed this software from a CD-ROM on my Win 10 desktop in about 2 minutes (I chose the default installation option). The 3 components of the Office Suite that I was primarily interested in (Calc, Writer, Impress) work great with their Microsoft Office counterparts (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). I was productive in minutes after unpacking and loading the CD into the disk drive.
