I just love the acrylic handles that are beveled
I just love the acrylic handles that are beveled. I'll always have these kind of synthetic brushes that don't hold much water for the kind paintings I need them for.

One Star
I hate these brushes. They always split like this when I use them. Augh.

Pinceles Perfectos
Estos pinceles me gustan mucho, son super suaves y al ser de acrílico suelen ser mas duraderos, venían muy bien empaquetado, se los recomiendo mucho.

The bevel tip on the end away from bristles is great for scratching paint on your WC painting.
One of the great things about watercolor painting is all the options watercolor artists have come up with over the years. You can use almost anything to create "texture" in your watercolor paintings. Table salt, plastic wrap, scratching the painted surface deliberately, and on and on. Nothing is off limits, as far as I can tell when I used to get a watercolor artist magazine. Very inspiring. I liked using the opposite end of paint brushes to scratch in details. The beveled end of these brushes are great and specifically added for artists to use them to create scratch effects. My previous brush was appropriated by my husband. He does not watercolor but does a neverending number of maintenance tasks at his church. Not sure why he need my previous bevel handle watercolor brush, but he did. So I will not be getting it back. I think I am paying the same for this set that I paid for the one brush years ago. Brushes and quality paint can be pricey. Just cannot make my husband understand that really good watercolor brushes should not be used for church building maintenance painting projects. Sigh.
