I have 5 years experiencing teaching EFL overseas (in Hungary). This would have been my dream textbook. I bought it because I am considering a return trip and would love to convince my employers/school to use this text. It makes great use of graphics without being overly "busy". It has clear color-coded explanations of grammar. There are companion books with teaching tips (see the worthwhile Teacher's Guide). Comes with internet support for teachers and students - in multiple foreign languages, too, including Magyar (Hungarian). The online audio tracks are light years beyond the dismal cassettes of yesteryear; and even some of the older CD's are, well, corny. Very professional product. Leave it to DK, an excellent publisher in many areas, to come up with a genuine improvement on the standard TEFL textbook!

I'm using these books without having read this book, but I believe it is probably great because I love the student textbooks. I do have the book, and I'll read it before my next class begins.

Bought these books to help my husband with his English and these books are so easy to follow along that I don't need to help him much.

Good tips and ideas to use when teaching from the other books in the "English for Everyone" series.

This book is great 👍

Liked the format. Easy to follow and well organized. Some words and phrases were British, but easy to figure out. Used this as an English tutor.

I should have done better research. This book is more useful for beginner teachers who need tips and tricks on where to get started. I've been teaching English for almost 10 years so this wasn't very useful. It was returned.
