Purchased from Prabh Books, arrived nearly ten days early and in great condition. Highly recommended seller. The book itself is exactly what one needs to gain a solid understanding of the subject.

Excellent book. Well-written. Much of the excess fat from the earlier editions has been eliminated. New sections on Python were very useful. There are still a few errors in the Question/Answer sections but that is, unfortunately, true with virtually every academic book. Highly recommended for Computer Science beginners.

Nice service

I was satisfied with the information given in the book as it was oriented at giving a decent foundation for a beginner introduction to programming class. There could have been more visuals and examples for correct input in c++ as well as other programming styles. This would help differentiate confusion to facts by being able to refer to the book.I can not compare it to other programming books as this is the first I have owned, but it did help me learn some much needed basic fundamentals. The book does not come with a CD. Instructor may use PP or PDF files to highlight sections of the book, but undoubtedly not all the important parts.
