Easy Cost Saving Repair
Experienced a high water bill before due to leaking toilet. Saw it happening again and resorted to turning off the water after each use. I wasn't hard to figured out that it was a warped flapper. Bought this as it was a familiar brand and decent price. I installed in seconds and avoided a large water bill. Keeping in stock to avoid delays in addressing the next one.

Great product, with dial to adjust time flapper ball is raised (allowing water to flow) during flush. Effectively, you can use more or less water to flush (up to the amount of water in the toilet tank)
