Noisy and packed up after a year and 8 months. And this was the second one we ordered after the first one had a broken door button. Don’t bother with this model.

Did not work. It blew up!!!

Vibrating sound from the fan. Loud on start

Died 2 months after warranty. It runs but won't heat the food.

Great price and works as expected

My new house came with this microwave installed. 4 months later the door broke and would not open. GE repair guy ordered parts. I was told it would be 6 weeks for the parts to come in. I told GE this was unacceptable so they replaced the microwave with a new one (same model). 6 months later the new one brooke, the door will not open with food stuck inside. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Do not buy!!! After my first microwave failed in just over a year, I shelled out big bucks to replace it with the exact same model. It lasted 10 months. The first microwave had a wave cover malfunction and the second (same model) had a control panel malfunction. If this microwave was put into your home by your builder (like mine was) do yourself a favor and purchase a different brand/model. Do NOT waste your money buying a new one. Look at all the one star reviews on Google. This microwave is junk, plain and simple.

Within the first couple of months, the push button to open the door totally popped off or got stuck. We were able to fix this when it happened, but it did it several times. After using it for 14 months, I went to open it and there was a sound as if something had dropped inside. The door wouldn't open, but the light came on and the turntable started spinning and would not stop- AT ALL. I have had many houses with many microwaves over the years, and never anything like this. THE WORST!
