Awesome bag, but not for short people
Absolutley love this bag!! So many great pockets and so much space!! Sadly, though I am too short for this bag. Just under 5 feet tall, and about 112#, too much bag for me. Pics attached. One pic is with a full size laptop and you can see how much room is left in the main compartment. Me wearing the bag you can see I look like a toddler on my first day of school. 😆Fantastic sturdy construction. I just wished I was taller to handle it. Sadly it has to go back. If Blackhawk ever makes this same exact bag in a smaller option I would be the first one to buy it!🙋♀️

Great bag but it's not light...
I have had this thing for a few years now and this is what I have found --It's a great bag, super rugged and generously sized. This is my go-to bag for camping. I would buy it again but probably will never have to as it is likely to out last me (and I'm only 30)My first issue is that I wish it came with a rain cover. it is not even remotely water resistant. Then there is the weight. its very heavy for it's size though this is to be expected given that it is built like a bomb shelter. This is not a long distance trekking bag. the shoulder straps are great but fully loaded with gear (about 50 lbs), this bag gets very uncomfortable. After about 4 hours of hiking my shoulders start to hurt even with both sternum straps buckled up.It's too big for an everyday school bag but if you go to the gym a lot then this bag is great as it will hold all of your books plus a full change of cloths. though if its raining, put everything in a plastic bag first.... I would give it 4.5 if I could.

Only ruckpack ill ever own, a must for military Deployments.
Worth every single penny, backpack has ridiculous storage, a clip or strap in every spot imaginable for weight distribution or ruck management. All the options. Backpack has a removable plastic plate in the back so if you have anything awkwardly placed or that has pointy edges it wont stab you in the back for your entire ruck. I would say this backpack is going to be for someone intermediate or advanced knowledge in rucking or backpacking, not to say a beginner wouldn't like it or know how to use it, but probably wouldn't be using the backpack for all its features, and wouldn't really like it in my mind at least for the price premium you pay. For military deployments this bad boy is a must. Has two velcro radio whole ports for antennae, or at least that's what I used them for. One thing I would like to see is a little more velcro, it has two patches but with name, squadron or battalion, blood type, and maybe branch in some cases, two patches isint enough. With that being said you can simply buy some name tape velcro swatches that attached to mole webbing and problem solved.

Unbeatable Tactical/Deployment/Bug-Out Bag -- No Compromises
By far, this is the best bag I've ever owned. Absolutely phenomenal! It's difficult to go wrong with Blackhawk!, much as it's difficult to go wrong with Eberlestock, Mystery Ranch and Maxpedition. That said, this bag floors me.I do wish it was made in the USA (it's made in Vietnam). However, it oozes quality and it's obvious that BlackHawk! employs highly rigid tolerances ... this bag will last most people's lives, and then head out for more on its own.Stitching is top rate, and either double- or triple-secured at all stress points. At 1,000 denier (fully nylon -- not the weaker polyester alternative some makers use) with Dupont's Cordura, this is extremely abrasion resistant. Suprisingly, the fabric is flexible. And, needless to say, water resistant, too (by definition, though, this technology is not waterproof, though). If you need that, either buy a pack cover or just line the inside of it with a clear, contractor-grade trash bag.The YKK zippers are extremely well built and the internal mesh is unlike any I've ever used ... this is brick-house tough all around. Well thought-out internal layout, rugged retention/compression straps/buckles and heavy-duty molle used throughout. Did I mention flawless stitching using some extremely rugged threading material? Also, the harness system and padding is extremely high quality ... which is what should be expected in this price point. Excellent lumbar support and ventilation. While initially researching packs prior to buying this, I inadvertently ordered the Camelbak TriZip (please reference my Amazon.com review/impressions of this bag, too) with the one-click ordering feature set to "on." I immediately disabled that feature and returned the Camelbak, too. In short, absolutely no comparison to the Titan when it comes to overall quality ... in every significant way. This is, hands down, the bag to beat. I can't see how anyone would be dissatisfied with this purchase.
