Q: Where can I get more of the 18514 charcoal thread?!

Charcoal 18514 is the equivalent of DMC #413.

Q: How do I get the creases out? I have tried ironing it is not working.

Have you tried steam? If not, lay the fabric flat on the ironing board and lay a fairly wet cloth over it - preferably something lightweight like a tea towel. Then lay the iron (on its' highest setting) on top of the wet cloth. Let it sit for only 2-4 seconds before moving it to another area. If you have already begun stitching, be sure to lay the cloth with the right side down. It isn't a good idea to iron directly on your stitching. If you haven't begun stitching, either side up will work. Just be sure to keep the wet cloth between the stitching cloth and the iron. This will ensure the fabric does not get marked or scalded and will provide more steam than your iron can produce. Hope this helps.

Q: What are the dimensions of the finished work?

The picture itself measures 5 x 7. I got it framed with 2 mattings, black and gray, with a black frame measuring 11 x 13. Looks great!
