Homeschool Reading
This workbook is great for adding to our homeschool curriculum. It’s perfect for my son, who has a very short attention span.

Worked well.
Worked well as an aide for tutoring a 3rd grader struggling with reading.

Good Buy!
This is a good book for summer break, to help keep reading and writing skills sharp. It can also be used during the regular school year for added reading comprehension and writing practice. The stories and excercises are more engaging for 4th graders than those found in some ohter workbooks.

Great teaching aid
We bought this because our kids just weren’t getting the reading comprehension skills at school and failing their tests. We have them do one page every day. I love that it’s set for their grade and the way the pages are set up help you keep track of progress.

Multiple Choice is Great for Struggling/Reluctant Writers!
We are huge fans of this workbook! It only takes a few minutes a day and is in a multiple choice format! Most 4th grade reading workbooks are "write in" answer formats, so this was an amazing find for us! This works great for our 4th grader. He isn't big on writing and has his own writing curriculum, so when looking for a reading comprehension workbook I wanted multiple choice. We first tried out the Spectrum books and they were a nightmare at this age level (we do love the Spectrum Reading Grade 1). He would take an hour on one page because of all the writing, so we were happy to find this book and his mini silent reading time has become less stressful! The book is set up in a five day week schedule, but we ignore the date in the corner and just work on one reading passage a day. Day 5 is always a writing assignment. This is the only part we don't like, but we just skip it and move on to the next reading page.

Great Summer Workbook
I bought it for my 8yo daughter for the summer. She will go into 4th next month. The content and reading materials are great, but I'm not sure if I like the multiple choice idea. Sometimes my kid would get lazy and either skip a question or randomly pick an answer.

Great tool for home learning
I had used this product as a teacher and am now using it with my granddaughter who is home due to school closings this year. It is an excellent way to focus on age appropriate reading skills. The topics are interesting and relatable for a ten year old. Short lessons help keep her focused on the lesson's purpose. I feel it is keeping her involved with learning while unable to attend school in person. I recommend!
