Connect probably, and make sure enough power goes through
Excellent piece of track used to crossover HO scale trains. Be aware to buy the correct right-side crossover, and left hand crossover. It’s best with both to construct a inner circle layout, while main track is being used inner circle with these crossover tracks provides more space to run trains.

Longer than I thought but I didn't look into it ...
Longer than I thought but I didn't look into it that much before ordering. Dcc switching uses about .4 amps if anyone is looking for that information since I couldn't find it anywhere.

Okay for diesel but not for steam
The pilot wheels of my 2-8-4 locomotive derailed when going through the turnout. Replaced it with 2 separate turnouts with no issues. My diesel locomotives did not have an issue but any steam locomotives with pilot wheels derailed.

All in all it was a good addition to my layout
Great shipping! DCC on board takes the Hassel out of the wires.
