Tefal Talent E44008 Pan without a Lid 32 cm

I Have wasted my time twice and had problems both times, i bought 2 of these and disappointingly BOTH the original and the replacement arrived with dents in them, this is simply not good enough, clearly better packaging is needed with these pans because this is also clearly not a one off issue, tefal seem they cant get a a frying pan from the factory to the customer without battering the pan to 8uggery, honestly this is not even the first 2nd or even 3rd time i have ran into problems with tefal, i have had 3 dented pans one with a problem handle and another 2 with non stick issues.we never overheated the pans to damage the non stick, we always keep our pans spotlessly clean and even condition the surface of the pans with cooking oil after being in the dishwasher, we have mostly avoided using metal utensils despite the fact that the pans are all fully approved to be used with metal utensils,we never leave the pans unattended to allow them to burn food on them or purposely use too much heat the fact is they are just very poor products.yes the pans were very good when new but the non stick surface always seems to became less effective month by month and well inside the 12 month mark, we still knowing this stayed loyal to tefal and ordered replacement after replacement, this was just throwing away moneyi have no clue why i keep coming back to tefal and this 2nd pan is the last straw, i was intending to replace my 2 x 22cm standard lidded saucepans and 2 x 20cm standard saucepans but enough is enough, i have a 25 year old saucepan from tefal from when i moved into my first home and i have kept it all this time but these days the pans and frying pans are simply not good enough so i fear to trust with buying my next 4 20cm and 22cm saucepans in tefals hands.its just simply not good enough, i have tried to give them chance after chance but i will now refuse to spend or trust tefal any more so i will not buy tefal in fear of pouring money away for what might be a sub standard products, so sorry tefal my loyalty ends here and now, over 25 years i have trusted your pans but no more.I DO NOT RECOMMEND TEFAL...SORRY
