FAULTY POWER SUPPLY - I LOST HOURS OF WORK!
First, it's my fault. My son told me the computer kept shutting off. I thought he was being difficult. To remove the distraction, I hooked up the computer and noticed some delay in power. It ended up turning on and I was so busy and frankly lazy that I didn't want to bother with hooking up to my old computer. MISTAKE!!!! I was so engrossed in my work and I hadn't turned on auto-save. Then, the computer shut down. Hours of work - gone. I'm sick. Lesson 1 - Save often (I know better) 2 - Think carefully before purchasing refurbished. I even purchased the extended warranty. But, who wants to deal with repairs? I've had the machine a week. Whewwww....

Not satisfied
I know its a refurbished product, but I did not expect it to be malfunctioning either. Its really good until the screen went blurred. The only fix is to shut down the CPU and restart again. Its annoying when it happens in the middle of my work because I lose my stuffs.Searching online, it could be caused by the overheat or some issue in the hardware.

Had no HDD and had the wrong CPU do not buy until they get this fixed.
