Firstly I will say that it was in excellent condition upon arrival. No leakage etc., packaging intact and correct. I chose the Urban Antidote stage 2 repair, as stage one seemed to be too mild and stage 3 would be too heavy a product for almost daily use on my hair. I have an awful combo to deal with on my head, very thick hair, dry and damaged on the tips, oily at the roots yet a dry scalp. Yay post pregnancy! I have only had my hair cut once in the last year so I can attribute the damaged ends to this. I don't often blowdry/straighten/curl my hair, also due to the new baby at home. No time for that. After the first use I was pleased to find that my hair felt much lighter and softer from root to tip. Not much shine restored yet. It smells great and the scent usually lasts well over the course of a few days (I usually wash every 2-3 days). It smells tropical, but not cheap. Best way for me to explain it would be to say that it's like comparing generic candy to brand name stuff. It's scent is much less artificial than the 'store brand' products. I love it! After using it for about 2 weeks it has restored some shine, my hair is much healthier at the tip and I am pleased to find that it has helped to remove excess oil at the roots while also moisturizing my scalp. No more itchy greasy head after a day!!! I don't know how to tell if the product is authentic or not, and there is a printed barcode on the bottle which has no expiry date however I have used salon bought Bed Head products before and feel that this product does not fall short of the expexted quality. I would buy again, and would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family. *******One tip to consider is to be sure you select a reputable distributor as there are quite a few who sell this product on amazon.

This is the most amazing smelling shampoo. It’s my absolute favorite. Cleans great. Conditioner leaves hair soft but not heavy. Love it.

This product smells great, lathers like a champ and seems to cleanse pretty well BUT I have naturally oily hair and this only makes it worse no matter how much I try to rinse it out. In turn it makes my hair feel heavy when dried. Would imagine this would be stellar for dry/frizzy hair though! Just not for me.

My 21 year old has been using this product for about 6 years and has extremely long and thick hair. I can smell her hair in the house whenever she’s home. Cheaper than Ulta, Kroger and Ulta. Tk maxx a few bucks cheaper but slime came out. It was gross

Hab das schampoo und die Spülung dazu, perfekt für die eigenen Haare die ich wirklich jeden Tag mit Föhn und lockebstaab belaste. Hab das Ursprünglich für meine haartressen (Extensions) gekauft bin super zu Frieden, die Haare duften danach zuckersüß. Ich hab das Gefühl meine Spitzen brechen nicht mehr ab seit dem ich das schamp.+Spülung benutze (ca seit 1mon.) und die Haare sind danach Mega kämmbar leicht auch wenn man krauses Haar oder ne Dauerwelle hat

I've used a lot of Tigi conditioners over the years, but the urban antidotes was something new to try. I immediately went for the red level 3, which as much as I liked I was a bit disappointed with. I read a review from someone else saying they did the same thing and tried this one instead and got on with it much better....so I did the same :-) I have long, naturally curly, dry hair. I like a substantial conditioner that will hydrate my hair well. Well, I must say that for the price I think this is excellent. The smell is a Tigi classic, fresh and fruity. Its consistency, whilst a little thin (unlike level 3) works well. I find 4 pumps is enough for my longish hair, maybe 5 if I feel like a treat (lol) its been really nice to find a cheaper, decent Tigi conditioner. My favourite is still S Factor in Smoothing, but I wanted to try one of their cheaper ones. Plus, I don't think there's any harm in mixing it up every now and again as my hair does seem to get used to what i'm using. I will be buying this again.

This stuff smells so good. Makes my hair feel healthy and soft!! I also never get dandruff from this like other shampoos
