Hope they never discontinue this great TENS unit!
I have chronic back issues and can have bouts of pretty significant pain at the slightest thing, so I'm always at the ready w/ this little Easy Home TENS unit. No cords to limit your movement, it's battery operated (with extremely long life between charges!), easily hidden underneath clothing, and easy to operate. The pads stick well and can be reused over & over, especially if lightly rinsed and restuck to the plastic cover between uses. I can't tell you how many times this unit has provided me relief, even without medication. I have recommended it to friends & family on multiple occasions. It's a workhorse and well worth the money!

Well worth the money
This tens unit is great. No need to pay lots of money for an expensive one as this one is well worth the money. Easy to use and does a great job. I did purchase extra pads and some conductive gel to go with it.

Great little unit
Works great. Only thing I could recommend is a gradual decline in operation I stead o abrupt stops when using any of the settings.

Not What I Thought
Too small and too loud. I bought this for an international flight that was 12 hours thinking it would help with my muscles while seated so long. But it is too hard to adjust the controls while it’s stuck on your back. The beeping is too loud as well, I didn’t want to press any of the buttons while everybody was sleeping. Wish it was more like the icy hot brand. I didn’t even bring it on the flight after trying it at home.

Versatile product for pleasant stimulation
I bought this device about a month ago, on the recommendation of a physician-friend who uses it mainly on her back and neck. I've had a bad bout with sciatica in the past, which has began flaring up again moderately this summer. The pain starts in my lower back, runs down my left rear and down my leg, in worse cases. I've been attaching the device right above my tail-bone and turning it on at medium intensity. While the issue does not seem totally cured yet, my back has improved and the stimulation certainly feels pleasant.My son is a serious runner and said this device is used often in PT. He suggested I try the stimulator on my arthritic knees. I frequently wake up during the night with knee pain. So, before bedtime, I've attached the stimulator to the meniscus area where the pain mostly occurs. Again, not a complete cure yet, but feels good and definitely a help. I will continue to experiment with the device on where to use it, the intensity level of the stimulation and for how long.The device has been easy to use with its phone app. Seal the device pad to the desired area, turn it on, a couple quick steps on the app and you are ready to go. I've probably used the device 20 times in the month I've had it. Only needed to recharge it once so far and was given a clear warning that power was low. I bought extra pads, but the original is still fine. After use, you secure the device pad back to a protective film and can store in a sealed bag.I feel this device is well-worth the money and I expect to get much good use from it.

I've encountered problems with my recently purchased device. Despite diligently following the recommended procedures, the device continues to malfunction.Specifically, even after ensuring the device is fully charged and firmly pressed against my skin, it has failed to function properly after just two uses over the span of two days. I have reached out to both Amazon and the Seller multiple times in pursuit of a replacement for a fully functional unit. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting confirmation on the replacement.Regrettably, the process to address and resolve this issue has proven to be overly complicated and, consequently, has become quite frustrating for me. I'll be updating the results later.I wanted to provide an update regarding my previous feedback.I am pleased to inform you that I have finally received a replacement unit, which is functioning properly. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall process of requesting a replacement for the malfunctioning unit. There are several areas where improvements could be made:Difficulty Uploading Video: Uploading the requested video was a challenging and frustrating task, primarily because Amazon does not support the transmission of videos.Undeliverable Contact Email: The contact email provided, "service@healthcare-mamager.com," printed on both the package and the manual, turned out to be undeliverable. Despite contacting several service agents, none could provide me with the correct email address. Eventually, after researching it on my own, I found "sales@healthcare-manager.com," which allowed me to communicate. However, I was informed that this email was not for the relevant department. Even now, I am unsure of the correct contact email address.Ineffective Customer Service: Throughout this process, I had to engage with over five customer service agents. Unfortunately, most of them did not take the time to understand the issue before engaging with me, leading to repetitive explanations of the problem. Furthermore, one agent's attitude was notably rude.Despite these challenges, I do appreciate the assistance provided by your team in resolving the issue with the malfunctioning device.Thank you for your attention to these matters. I trust that my feedback will contribute to the enhancement of your service processes.
