This fitness tracker was a great price and works well for me. I like the fact that it has customizable options in the app such as changing my step size so it more accurately measuring how many steps I actually take. Honestly I was not sure if it was accurate at first so I compared to another step counter and it seems to be right in line. The step counter tends to lag sometimes but seems to catches up. The battery has lasted for about 4 days now and charges very fast. I like the fact I see when phone calls and text come over my phone even when my kids have it. The alarm is simple to set through the app which is easy to use. Overall for the price point I am satisfied with the fitness tracker.

I jusst received my tracker a few nights ago and, I indeed like it. The material is sturdy, I can shower with it on, and the screen is bright.So far I have only charged the battery once and feel like the battery will last about a week.For a few years, I have owned a Jawbone UP Tracker and have wanted to try another fitness tracker. But, I didn’t want to spend that much money on a Fitbit. So instead, I found this and decided to give it a try…and I am glad that I did!!! This Fitness Tracker better priced and has better features. And in comparison to the Jawbone UP, this tracker has a beautiful screen so I can tell where my notifications are coming from.It's Great!

The tracker has a nice style to it. It tracks your steps well, but that's about it. The inaccuracy of the heart rate monitor goes from staying baseline to spike triple baseline when I'm sitting still. I'll wear it a bit lose during the day but I've tried tightening it when I work out, it still doesn't give an accurate reading ( I'm sweating and winded so I'm really doubtful I'm near my baseline) The button on the tracker gets set off EVERY time I take a shower. I don't know if it's too sensitive or just an issue with water; but it's quite annoying. They advertise a battery life up to 7 days, I've barely had mine over a month, and at best I get 3.5 days out of it; and I never get a notification that it's low on battery. It just turns off.As for the app that is made to connect to your phone, it's glitchy at best. The one it recommends doesn't connect link to any of the other fitness apps that track your food, exercise, or can earn fitness points for rewards. Texts do come through and vibrate on my phone, but It also vibrates old messages at random times, and vibrates whenever I send a message. I also have to manually force an update on the app, it doesn't automatically update the info throughout the day.

I'm still in search of a replacement for my waterproof FitBit. I almost found it with this tracker. I'm still looking for a thinner one as this is more suited to a man or a larger framed woman.I'm giving this five stars because, while I erroneously ordered the wrong one, what was shipped and what arrived is as described.The color display is a huge success to me!The packaging is nice. The material used is heavy duty. The VeryFitPro app was a breeze to install and sync.While the description says waterproof, the package does not. I believe the description because once assembled, the band is a struggle to get off. It's super snug!I was going to return this, but I'm keeping it to gift. Compared to prices of other trackers and their apps, LETSCOM simply can't be beat.Note: for those looking for trackers, I've found it to be imperative to also review the app for said tracker PRIOR to purchase. If the app blows, the tracker will be if little value.This would have been absolutely perfect for me if I'd have ordered the thinner model. I'm positive my BF will love it though.

I feel like they made a good watch that tracks everything I need. And when trying to access the app, they skimmed on hiring a good development team. As soon as I tried to set up my birthdate in the app, I get a null error and then every time I try to access my personal profile the app crashes. So that part of the app is dead to me. So when it's time to upload the information to the app, go make yourself a sandwich and watch a couple of seasons of your favorite show and maybe the watch will finally connect to your device. Good luck navigating through the data cause the UI is confusing and enjoy taping on random parts hoping you can get some decent data from different days, weeks and months.There is an old saying. "You get what you pay for" and this is in no case any different. I wanted to get something cheap. Oh boy did I get cheap. I have no one to blame but myself.Long story short. The watch is great. The app is your enemy and hates you and wants you to be sad all the time.

This has been a great buy. I wanted a fitness tracker that has an accurate pedometer and a great sleep tracker and this has both. I have been using the watch while also carrying my Iphone 8 and I feel the watch is a bit more accurate when reading my steps. The app is also great, it takes a few seconds for the watch and app to pair so be patient. The start function of timed exercises comes on if accidentally touched (held) but it is easy enough to turnoff. If the workout is short it will not record the data with the app either. I had issues with my watch charging but I called customer service and found it was user error. The watch will fit into a USB charger both ways but will only charge one direction.
