Prothane 7-1193 Front Sway Bar Bushing Kit

Installed on a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd LTZ. Original components were perfectly intact but rust on one end link prompted me to look into a replacement. I figured why not go for something that may be a slight upgrade.Installation is super easy. I did the end links first to see how much of a difference there could be but once the sway bar mounts were installed the difference was night and day. Truck has 69k miles so it's in great shape. Before installation I noticed that corner speed getting on the highway resulted in both body roll and a bit of tire squeal. Even going around a parking garage I'd hear the tires screech here and there. After the install the truck drives like a sports car, has no noticeable roll and the tires feel like they have 5x the traction. It's a blast to drive. Highly recommended. These came with grease and it works perfect. Front end is silent over bumps. Truck feels brand new.

I just got them, have use prothane before. Should really tighten up the front end. Going on crew cab z60 with larger swaybar, 36mm. As far as i know should fit and z60 or z71. Will update once installed.

Cured the weak factory setup can't go wrong when the supplier takes the time to give you a better handling package and uses PLATED hardware (no rust out & snap) like what happened with the factory

Check your sway bar diamater these body mount bushing were to big for my sway bar these are meant for 36mm bars my bar is 33 and they would not tighten up,on the body mounts and hold it in place

Replaced the worn out bushings on a 2009 Silverado with these. Easy to install and perfect fitment.

Great product. Allot stronger than rubber. Ease of install. After installation drove around and noticed very quick responsiveness in turns. Front feels planted to the road. I will replace all bushings with this brand. Will update after next oil change 5000 miles

Truck drives like brand new.
