This is an excellent toner! I use it as step three in my skin care routine to help balance and ready my skin for moisturizing. It has a pleasant smell and this larger bottle is most definitely worth the money.

I AM 70 AND MY COMPLEXION LOOKS 50 YEARS YOUNGER. I BELIEVE IT IS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN USING SHISEIDO SKIN CARE PRODUCTS SINCE I WAS IN MY 20’s. TRIED OTHER PRODUCTS; WENT BACK TO MY SHISEIDO. I USE THE ENTIRE PRODUCT LINE: TONER, SERUM, PLUS THE DAY/NIGHT CREAMS. PERFECT FOR NORMAL TO SENSITIVE SKIN. FRAGRANCE FREE.

I got the chance to use this product in the trial size and had to get the full size! I have dry and oily skin so I tend to avoid super heavy moisturizers or ones that leave me feeling oily.This is the PERFECT product for me! The best way I can describe it, it's like a light, hydrating, liquefied lotion. Leaves the face feeling soft and non-greasy. Use as much as needed after washing your face and you'll feel refreshed. My skin absorbs it nicely without feeling an extra layer covering my face.Use it before bed and with my morning routine. Absolutely love. Just a small pump, dime to quarter size, rubbing in face and neck areas.Highly recommend.

I love this skin toner forever.

I was given this product as a gift. I used it after cleansing my face, under daily moisturizer and then after cleansing at night. Let it soak into the skin for a few minutes then apply moisturizer and makeup. I have even used it without moisturizer and i feel it does the job of light hydration and a clean feel. When i ran out of the product, i noticed the difference on my skin after a month and purchased another bottle. Although the instructions i read said to squirt 3 pumps on a cotton applicator, I thought this was too much product and a waste of the product. One pump squirt on the palm of my hand spread evenly on face and neck with fingertips was sufficient. I think it is overpriced as it is so use sparingly and it will be worth it. I am a Shiseido fan. and will continue to use this product.

Fits for oily and combi skin.

I have used Shiseido skin products for years. I used to use their Balancing skin refresher. That product was replaced by their Treatment Softener. It's great. This is the second time I ordered it.
