I’m very happy with this item. It arrived on time, was exactly as described, and works really well. The quality is great for the price, and I’ve had no issues so far. I would definitely recommend it to others! I like that it came with more than 1 key as well!

Easy to install good functionality

Lock functionality is good Easy to install. Not as durable and color comes off specially if you purchase the black color, it does get loose after awhile and so not as secure as it should be. Feels good but security is not recommended for the value for your money of this product

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install and sturdy. Totally worth the price point. I needed to rekey my lock but didn’t want to pay 150$ for a locksmith. My door already had the holders and areas cut for the door lock and deadbolt so I think that make it easier for me to install. Also the keys are not flimsy surprisingly.

Don't buy this. If you do buy it, don't buy it in black. It scratches. Buy I in gold/brass tone.I am so angry!!!I needed to replace an old, broken lock set on my front and only door in my condo. My handyman said to buy a lock and he will replace it. I bought this one, with his approval. He had to reschedule fixing my door from January until last week. AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW .The handyman isn't the problem. He replaced three of my neighbors locks.He said the doorknob was GARBAGE. DEFECTIVE. He couldn't install it. NOW I HAVE NO LOCK. I CANT EVEN CLOSE MY FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED. I can't leave my home because we my door will be wide open.The door knob is down scratched that it looks like someone already broke in. Such a nightmareMy dog bites and my Smith and Wesson is more reliable than this garbage door knob. Thank goodness because anyone could push my door open.What a nightmare. I am put of pocket the cost of this lock AND the handyman fee (4x the cost of the lock).I bought this because I can't afford the $100 sets in the hardware store.I tried to install this myself unsuccessfully. I am sitting here crying. I can't afford to pay a handyman until next month. I am on a very limited income.I have been happy with the quality of Amazon Basics products up until now.This is what the door know looks like after the handyman gave up on it.

Works fine

The deadbolt went in fine but the other was defective and could have easily been broken into. We also had to turn the lock upside down for it to work. With the deadbolt in place and another storm door that locks, we didn't want to fuss with a return as we needed the keys to give to guests. It was cheap and you get what you pay for.
