Three separate 24 hour urines show that the product works.
I initially had a 24 hour urine (Litholink, (February of 2019) and my urine oxalate was at 66 mg/d (reference range of 20-40. Urine calcium was at 433 (should be less than 250 for a male). On the day of testing my only meal with oxalates was at breakfast. I had a few walnuts later in the day, and coffee, but that was about it. My nephrologist placed me on Indapamide, for the calcium issue. I then started on Nephure. I would take i packet before my breakfast-oxalate meal and pretty much avoid oxalate foods for the remainder of the day. Actually, I have a somewhat rigid diet and eat about the same thing every day. Anyway, I Had a repeat 24 hour Urine in April of 2019. I had the EXACT SAME foods (but no walnuts) on this repeat day. My results, with the addition of Nephure and Indapamide result in a decrease in oxalate from 66 to 52 and a decline in calcium from 433 to 300. How ever, an issue developed with uric acid and for that I was placed on allopurinol.A repeat study is planned, at which time I will take two packets before my oxalate breakfast meal. I guess you could say that Nephure has had a positive (good) effect on the oxalate. My issue, however, is with the cost. There is no way that I could expand my diet to include oxalates at every meal of the day, particularly if I need to take 2 packets at a minimum with each meal. But of course, Nephure needs to make a profit. There has to be a happy medium. It is my impression that Nephure is not really well known and, as a results, sales might not be too high. I have nothing to base this on, just a "feeling." If this is indeed true, I would suspect that Nephure might be open to an arrangement of providing significant cost reductions to patients of nephrologists who refer a large number of patients to them. In other words, a massive influx of patients who would pay at a lower cost might hep Nephure attain a greater profit. This is what you, as a buyer, might do to help promote this possibility. First, if you don't have a baseline 24 hour urine, get one (without taking Nephure). Make particular note of the amount of everything which you consumed on your baseline day, and try not to eat any oxalate products after 12 PM on the day before your urine collection begins. Then, on your repeat 24 hour urine, take Nephure (2 packets?) before your oxalate meals on the day preceding collection and the day of the actual collection. You will likely get the same improvement as I did. When your nephrologist notices this, tell him/her exactly what you did. And here is the important part: plead with him to get other oxalate-stone patients to perform as you just did, with a baseline 24 hour urine and a follow-up 24 hour urine. Once he/she sees repeated beneficial results among the patient caseload, his/her interest will be aroused. At this point, greatly encourage your nephrologist to pursue some type of arrangement with Nephure, in which a rather significant number of patients will be referred to Nephure, under the assurance that they will receive a significant price reduction. If enough nephrologists do this, Nephure will see a massive increase in purchases. The massive increase should make up for any "loss" from lowered prices.Anyway, that's my idea.UPDATE: I had another 24 hour urine done in June of 2019. I had the exact same meals on the day of testing as I did on my two prior testings. However, this time I took TWO packets before my sole meal of the day which had oxalates. The urine oxalate this time was at 38 mg/d (reference range of 20 - 40). Thus, it was within the high normal range. IN SUMMARY: I had 3 24 hour urines thus far. The first one was with no Nephure, the second one was with one packet before a sole oxalate meal and the third one was with two packets. My progress is as follows: 66 to 52 to 38. The product DOES work, but if you use 2 packets with each 3 meals of a day, it can get expensive rather quickly.

As of late 2019 this product is not longer sold. For now.
"Part of your kidney health and care program" read the box of Nephure packets. Ingredients: cornstarch and oxalate decarboxylase enzyme - to "break down oxalate at pH levels similar to your stomach." That may help persons with calcium oxalate kidney stones, but the product was allegedly entered into Phase I clinical trials in 2018, and less than two years later the manufacturer discontinued its sale to the public. To those interested, Nephure.com currently answers questions about the product, describes favorable Phase I trial results and describes plans for formulating Phase 2 trials.I used Nephure ~3 months in 2019. I was unable to determine if helped me, but was disappointed to see it pulled. I would like to see it resurrected by way of an FDA-approved formula that is biocompatible and able to perform as well or better than the original. NMM 3 27 21

Don't know if it works or not...I got it for Vulvodynia.
Well, I have vulvodynia (you can go look that up if you want) that happens whenever Ieat high oxalate foods. I no longer have the bacteria oxalobacter formegenes (look that up too)thanks to taking too much Cipro for UTI's many years ago. Thought this would help. Doesn't yet.But lost MAJOR stars for stating I get 3 boxes in the description (which is supposed to be correctednow it may or may not be) and only shipping 1 box. Grrrrr I complained and got a amazon bonus tomake up for that (like a gift card refund for amazon thingy).. Oh well.

The high cost.
Make sure you stir vigorously to get it to dissolve in solution. Only time will tell if it works. I find it too costly. It should be taken with each meal. This amounts to $80-3 boxes needed- a month or so. A potassium citrate prescription with insurance would be cheaper
