Great alternative to the traditional beanbag
These beanbags are awesome. I purchased two of them. One for my six-year-old and one for my 12-year-old. They both use them religiously. Adults use them when they come over to visit as well. Sometimes we even take them outside when we are just playing in the grass. The dogs even love them as well. They are really good quality, we did not have any issues with the stuffing or foam content. We definitely recommend these for kids.

COMFY USEFUL and CHARMING
Love this great little gaming chair I got for my autistic grandson who can really overdo gaming. It's comfy, sturdy, a good size for a smaller bedroom, a pretty color and has a handy pocket for controls snack remote etc. It was so lightweight and a fun gift to wrap making an imposing presentation. He loved it, unlike the collapsed beanbag he had that just drooped in an unusable flat pile beside his bed. Great value, look, and use.

Bought to use as a gaming chair and my children have stolen it from me. It is comfortable and easy to move around and store.

Big Joe was a Big Let Down
I have dreamed of a bean bag chair since I was a wee boy. I needed one. I desired it carnally. It was my greatest dream in life, reclined in bliss in a chair of beans watching cinema to my hearts content. I finally made that dream a reality when I purchased Big Joe. Or so I thought. You see that's when the trouble began. Like any abusive relationship it started out first with love bombing. Big Joe wowed me with his cushiony back support and cup holder. I thought we were a match made in heaven. I even drew pictures on him to mark him as my own. Welcome him into the family. But those days were few.Soon Big Joe began to crumble under the pressure of being a committed partner. Daily use had left him worn, dirty, and deflated in a matter of months. I cried for my boy, he seemed to be struggling. I assumed I just wasn't providing enough support in return. And if I only filled him with the same cushiony love he gave to me he would again do the same. That's when the cycle began.Fill. Sit. Deflate.Fill. Sit. Deflate.Fill. Sit. Deflate.Big Joe was a shell of his former self at this point. His cup holder now inaccessible do to his inability to hold a solid form at any given moment. He needed to be propped up in a corner, with an added cushion on top so that you didn't sink directly down to the floor when you sat on him. He offered no more joy. No more support. No more love.He was gone. He had been for a long time. And now I need to let go. I must replace Big Joe. His beans of styrofoam displeased me from the beginning. If only I had noticed the red flags. Perhaps his bright red exterior should have been an indicator. But I have never been one to judge a book by its cover.I will miss the love we once shared Big Joe. I wish you the best.

Such a comfy chair
Bought the Hug Chair for my son for Christmas and we love it. Very comfy, good material on the topside, and easy to clean. The only issue was that the seams tore 3 months in. I went online and told them the issue and a replacement was on its way. Their customer service is 5 stars. I will continue to purchase Big Joe products.

Most fantastical thing I’ve ever bought
This might be the most fantastical purchase I have ever made. First it comes in a box that they have purposely made reusable by placing graphics and instructions to turn said box into a cardboard castle. Your kids will love it. Then as I sat myself upon this magical comfortable cloud of awesomeness my inner kid squealed with joy. This is so much better than any old bean bag chair. I honestly don’t know if I will ever get out of it from the sheer comfort and joy it brings me. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be purchasing another in the future. Small note I’d like me you thought the back had some form of hard support it sadly does not but it holds it shape very well and when leaned up against a surface can be comfortable but sturdy back support.

Huge disappointment!
Our little needed something more than his toddler recliner. He’s autistic and was very attached to his recliner, but it’s almost 5 years old, and in desperate need of retirement. When we visited my son, they’d purchased a similar one and he fell in love with sitting in, so much so that he cried about having to leave it. That particular brand was out of stock everywhere we looked, but I found this one. I’ve had great experiences with Big Joe items in the past, and I loved the style, as well as the color. The material would make it easier to clean. While not cheap, I was able to purchase it on sale, so atleast there was that.It arrived in good time. It’s packaged in a HUGE box that can be turned into a castle for the kids, which I found to be an amazingly creative idea, honestly. The chair is “ready-to-go” straight out of the box, rather than being compressed, as others are shipped. This is great in my opinion. The material felt great, and is, as I assumed, easily cleaned. The stitching is perfectly done, with no obvious flaws. The side pockets are a great idea, and would be helpful to store his drink cup and tablet. Unfortunately, he’s unable to reach those, due to the issue of the seat of this particular chair. While the back and arms are filled perfectly… enough to keep the chair sitting upright, without being so full that might make it uncomfortable. The seat is entirely opposite. In the photos I’ve added, the seat appears to be higher from the floor than it actually is. Of course, there’s no child on it at the time of the photo /: When he sits, he ends up on the floor.. A small part of him sitting on a small section of the material at the front. He’s 6, and 48 pounds. This is not an issue with the child’s weight, but rather an issue with the fact that the seating sectiom of the chair has absolutely no packing in that area. I have checked to see if the beads could be distributed differently to help with this… Unfortunately, with the way the chair is made, it’s not possible. The only thing I can that MAY resolve this issue, is to add more filling. However, I’m not positive that would resolve the problem, and I’m not willing to spend X amount of dollars trying to fix it, if I’m not sure. Not to mention the fact that the chair wasn’t cheap, even on sale. I didn’t buy it “used”, I bought it new. Therefore, imo, There’s no reason that I should have to spend more money on a chair that should’ve come out of the box, just as so many others have reported.I have no idea if the one that we received is flawed, perhaps only in my case, or if this is truly the way the item is… But I have to assume that ours has this horrible imperfection, as so many others have had such a great experience with theirs. It’s truly disappointing. We now have a chair that he still tries to sit in and falls to the floor, only to end up in constant meltdowns. I’m on disability, and cannot afford another chair at this time, so we’re left with a cycle of this constantly, and it’s very frustrating.
