Exactly what I needed.

This coupling is for 1 1/4" pipe. Not 1" diameter pipe.
Be careful. This coupler is actually for 1.25" pipe. If you need a coupler for pipe that is actually 1" outer diameter, you need to buy 3/4" couplers.BTW it is on 38c at HD
