So the battery is good but when I put it in the devices didn’t know it was there. I had to take my daughters nail buffer to scuff both sides of the battery to make electrical connections work. I thought it had plastic film on one side and it really looked like it but it wasn’t, I kept trying to peel it off but like I said I had to scuff it it so it would work. I never had this problem before. I believe other people would have returned or just thrown away but I have some experience with circuitry and I knew scuffing would probably get it to make that contact. I will say the air tag had energizer as original battery. Maybe this is why Apple chose energizer.

If you are using this in the apple tagWipe it down first with rubbing alcohol .This takes off the child coatingOr else it won’t make contact with sensors and show low battery.Works great , easy replacement
