RAAYYOO YAHOO
I was impressed. First that it arrived in one day. Second by the extensive users manual that described how to use the device and trouble shooting step. Next it was truly plug and play. Finally it worked. Although it did not read all the files, about 50%, It is better than I expected reading from 16 year old floppies that had been thrown in a box years ago.

Very good product and excellent tech support.
I purchased this drive and it works perfectly. I did have an issue with my computer seeing the drive. I worked with the best tech support I have ever had to resolve the problem which we did. I would purchase from them again anytime.

Worked great.
No issues with connecting or access my floppies. Nice feature is that it has both USB-A and USB-C connectors.

Not plug and play as advertised
As instructed, I plugged the attached USB cord directly into the computer rather than using a USB hub or a slot on the monitor. The drive seemed to work OK for the first disk inserted, though it couldn't read all the files. Then, for every subsequent disk, the same file list appeared. This must be a common problem because the instructions address it: you have to unplug it and plug it back in. Unfortunately, Windows 10 had problems shutting it down to unplug it. Once that was done, a second disk could be read, but then each disk after that one had the same file list as the second disk. Had to eject, stop the drive, unplug, and plug in again to read a new disk. Reading 3 1/2" disks is time consuming already, but this disk drive simply doesn't function well enough to do the job -- at least not on my relatively new machine. Sent it back for refund.

Doesn't work all the time but don't NOT buy it.
I have to say, for the price, this worked well. It could be that my discs are just too old (circa 1998-2004) and the data is just not quality but about 1/3rd of my discs could not be "identified" by the machine. I put the disc in, it would whir, whir, whir, and nothing. So I'd sort of struggle to eject the disc and call it a day. Now, I know there was a thing about Macs and I suppose I could try it on a friend's computer, but it just doesn't seem like it's entirely worth it. All in all, the cost was worth it and most of my stuff is now on my computer, hence 4 of 5 stars. It looks exactly as the picture says and it's a really easy plug and play.

Kinda works ... good enough
Reading 25 year old disks, I assumed there would be problems. The drive was able to read most disks. Reinserting a disk may improve the reading. Transfers were not consistent, occasionally working on the second or third attempt. My Windows 10 also does not refresh file information easily. This required me to reconnect the USB cable for each disk. (so there was no way to determined if the drive was a fault). Saving the files I can and not concerned about the ones I can't, this drive is good enough.
