Didn't do what was needed.
This unit did not accept A4 paper. This may have been my fault for missing it in the description but it was useless for the job intended. I have sent it back and bought another.

Fellowes Comb Binder Star+ (5006501)
This machine should never be sold on the UK market as it does not take A4 paper. It is designed to take the American Letter size paper. It is therefore useless to anyone living and working in the UK. I sent this machine back to an address in Illinois on 2 April but so far have not received my refund of over £63. I would appreciate receiving this asap.L Wallis

Not UK so A4 Paper doesn't fit
Do not buy this product if you are in the UK as is for USA paper sizes and not A4 UK. I sent it back for a refund over a month ago and still waiting to receive my refund.

Does not accept A4 paper
A4 paper does not fit into the hole punching part of this binder and that is not clear in either the photographs or the description

Painful
Ordered to achieve a necessary milestone of a project. Arrived & opened ASAP only to realise it’s made for USA ‘letter’ paper - not A4. So had to find another way to meet my milestone & pack up this product for a refund. Bottom Line - why is it for sale in an A4 region? Why is this not disclosed in the product information? It’s a fairly basic need. The product itself looked pretty good.

BEWARE! Not suitable for UK use.
The machine sent to me was from USA and only set for US Letter size sheets much smaller than A4. Well made so very disappointed!

Terrible Customer Service from Fellowes
I received this binding machine and was really looking forward to using it, to produce great reports. However I was very surprised when it wouldn't punch holes in A4 paper. So in essence it doesn't work. To make matters worse the Fellowes customer service show complete indifference to the matter. I wouldn't recommend buying their product. if it doesn't work they won't help. It's also really expensive. They told me to send it back to Amazon, very helpful indeed.
