This is a really nice CD. I have a lot of visualisation CDs and sometimes I find the person's voice irritating which kind of cancels out the reason for buying, but this CD is nice, the woman's voice is relaxing and easy it's to listen. It does make me drift off into relaxed mode very quickly, and the other good thing about it is that the first track is full length ( approx. 30 minutes) while the second is a quick 15 minute visualisation. This is very useful and I have used the CD several times since it arrived, sometimes the full length one and others the second track. I would recommend this CD.

Good content, bad quality c d.
The content is very good. however, on about 3rd play it just stopped. Continued again after some seconds and then later in the play it did it again. Next time play it stopped and didn't start again. Noted similar comments about bad CD on other r eviews. Shame. It was very relaxing.

Pure Relaxation
Absolutely love this lady's voice, it is so calming and soothing. I already have another of her CD's, Bluebell Woods, which I use quite a bit. I very rarely get to hear the end of it though as I usually fall asleep! Having an active mind that flatly refuses to shut down at bedtime, I have been suffering from insomnia sometimes, especially with the world events and lockdowns as well, so I put on my headphones, listen to one of these CD's and they definitely help me. I do go to sleep. I love being in the countryside, and more so, by the sea so this is heaven.

If it works!
This tape consists of too much TALKING and very little 'space' to listen to the music or anything else. Also the instruction to 'breathe through your stomach' is inconsistent with good practise. I became increasingly irritated by the incessant interruptions to my feelings of calm. In fact I turned it off and returned to my Pilates serenity exercises.

A way of managing with fear and Anxiety
I love Linda M Hopkins Hypnotherapy CD' s . I suffer with Anxiety on a daily basis and find Linda's calming voice as she accompanies you on a visual journey through a Bluebell Wood or a Wild Flower Meadow that eventually reaches the sea, greatly reassuring and comforting. I really love her work. Years ago I had hypnotherapy at a Medical Centre and after suffering depression for nearly forty years I no longer had it. Anxiety is a bit harder to 'crack ' and I find has to be managed daily, hour by hour. I also use 'Calm' which greatly helps me too. I hope that Linda will keep producing these wonderful CD's.

Soothing cd but damaged cd box!
I dislike the fact that the cd box was damaged and that it will be difficult to take it away from home safely. No packaging - just a plastic bag! It should have had some padding!I like the fact that it is very soothing to listen to before settling down to sleep.
