Smoked Beef Brisket, 3 lb SLICED

It was extremely juicy., delicious. I liked the smoked flavor

If you cannot take my word that the pc of me wasn't good I do not want to call and through all my files and the 9 to my own privacy I just won't back from you all in the more and I'll tell eveeryone else about it.

Overly expensive but came right away and was pretty good brisket.

I had this brisket for Easter lunch and it did not go over very good, no one seemed to like it.

Way to much fat on it. Needed to be trimmed.

Extremely Chewy not what I hoped it would be. Makes me worry about the overall quality of the meat.

Getting a nice "brisket high" from this 😁
