Why is it saying in the description that SD card itself is included, but people in the comments are saying it's only the adapter?

I inserted the card inside my old adapter into the new adapter and the prior pictures on this inserted card emerged upon insertion into my camera. However, if you are buying a new SanDisk card, without a prior inserted card into the worn out SanDisk card, you will need to buy such a storage card for your photos, etc.

Im a newbie & because of my job i purchased dashcam & need a micro disc. Im confused. if i need this only or do i need to purchase this & the disc?
