Easy to install
These were pretty easy to install and we will give peace of mind if you have an area you're wondering is changing on your house.

fussy
Good crack monitors, especially when mounted with epoxy. They are difficult to mount when the wall is uneven. The offset results in a gap between the plates. The included screws are useless.

If cracks in walls get this
We had some cracks in our basement walls. Making sure it wasn’t a foundation problem the structural engineer told me to insert these cracks and monitor There will be deviations but overall you can get a sense of what is happening.

Cheaper quality than I’d like
They work, but they do not include the little plastic pins that help you initially set them in the zeroed position, so they’re a little more annoying to install than most. They worked this time in a pinch, but next time I’ll spend the extra few dollars for the better ones.

It’s incredibly tiny
This it very difficult to adhere to an uneven surface and is too small! The size makes it difficult to hang, difficult to set to zero, and difficult to read. They should make it bigger - then it would be a far easier to use product.

Not Avongard
Be aware. These are not Avongard gauges. They are close, but do not come pinned or taped together, which is a pain to prepare.
