Good size. Not difficult to swallow. No issues with them. No complaints. I use them to get smaller doses of my supplements (that are in capsular form) that are too high in dose.If you are a supplement person, and don't want to take high levels of vitamins, then use this to divvy up the dosage as you please.

My husband and I have started making our own cinnamon and turmeric capsules. We were using some I got from Doterra but when they ran out ... check Amazon of course. These are exactly what we need! We got 1,000 lol Why? I don't know. Because they are so crazy affordable? But we have them now haha. I wonder what else I can use these for? exactly what I needed. was able to make some of my own pills with these capsules like putting shilajit inside and makes it a lot bearable to ingest vs taking just the liquid.
