Perfect build and quality for home workouts
I wanted to start working out at home, but I found I didn't really have a way to do some form of a pull up on anything. I had those pull up bars in the past that go between door jambs, but they seem to rub the paint and mark the jambs. This was the only piece I was missing to do my full-body workout. All the parts were in good condition in the box, and it was easy to follow the instructions to put together. For the price, this is strong and sturdy enough that I wasn't wishing I spent more on an expensive, beefier unit. This was just the right balance of build quality and price for home use. You are able to do wide grip and narrow pull ups. It also has the dip bar feature. I am also able to turn around and face up to do inverted rows on the dip bar handles. So in essence, this was able to take care of all my back muscles. It also doesn't take up much room. You can also use it as a clothes rack when ironing and doing laundry.I wanted to do the following exercises:10 Bulgarian Split Squats per leg (1.5-rep style)15 Decline Push-UpsChin-Ups (AMRAP)15 Jackknife sit-ups15 Alternating Reverse Lunges (each leg)10 Pike Presses10 Inverted Rows30 Mountain Climbers

Good
It looks cute. It’s also pretty sturdy, not wobbly. Based off my experience so far: It will be wobbly if you don't screw in the adjustment bars properly and/or tightly. Make sure you go over the base; ensure that everything is screwed well.

A nice and affordable dip/pull up station!
ProsA very nice product for the price, adjustable and steady. The only time I’ve caught it moving or shaking is when I am going to failure on an exercise and I’m shaking as well. I weigh 150-155 and it feels great to me. It also doesn’t take up as much room as I’d thought.ConsInstructions weren’t clear (possibly bad translation), and it did come with two of the same sides for the part with the dip handles on it, but I was still able to assemble it. Took about 30 mins, would have been quicker if not for the instructions.Overall a great product, this was exactly what I was looking for in pull up/dip station. This would have been an 5 star review if assembly could have been just a tad easier.

Affordable
This holds my grown husband and growing teen boys. Very well made and affordable.

A bit wobbly
Pretty easy to assemble, but a bit wobbly (175 lbs). The included stamped out wrenches will hurt your hands when assembling this thing. Make sure all the bolts are super duper tight, as is important to the feel of this equipment, I recommend using a socket wrench from your toolbox. The green powder coat paint was damaged in a few places and the rubber grips feel cheap and will spin around on the metal. The mechanism for adjusting the height is very cumbersome, but simple. Don't expect to adjust it on the fly, just set it for your height and forget about it. I am 5'11" and at max height I can comfortably grip the bar with my heels on the ground, so safe to say 5'11" is the absolute max height you can be.Overall, for $75, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there are a few things the manufacturer could do to really polish off this product.

easy to install and quite stable for light exercise
The product was delivered on time as usual. I've ordered this to do some light hanging and pull-ups. Since I've assembled some IKEA before, this product's assembly was quite easy and the instruction was very clear. I've done a few pull-ups on this and it's more stable than I expected. Now the hard part is actually using it. For the price, I'd recommend this if you are looking for some easy going home exercise equipment.

Photos are deceiving
I don't write a whole lot of reviews because most of the time pretty content with what I buy on amazon. This is definitely not how it was described in the photos. Very flimsy, and not the thickness of metal that it looks like when the girl is doing a pull up. We ended up having to put weights down to hold it in place. This thing is dangerous in my mind. The top of the pull up bar is pushed outward to the left, which is causing the top right side to pull that direction. Almost as if the hole was drilled in the wrong spot. Definitely getting returned.
