Good for what I needed, but more of a starter set
Hands were initially in bad shape due to poor ergonomics. Ultimately had to solve my ergonomics problems. So if you're in pain from work at a desk, recommend checking out how to improve your ergonomics.BUT this is a solid good starter set. Various things to play with. Good if you like to fiddle with objects during Zoom meetings.Do expect to graduate to a gripper vise and a gyroball, though. Recently bought those, and it took things to the next level.

Exercisers range from soft to medium to firm
This set goes from beginner on up to at least a little bit stronger as the exercisers range from soft to medium to firm. I am still in the beginner phase, but have already noticed the strength coming back into my hands after using for just a week.
