Chair Exceeded my Expectation's Right Out Of The Box!!
As soon as i opened the box i was amazed! I had just finished putting together another office chair (from a different manufacturer). The difference between the two was quite obvious immediately. This one was heavy duty and higher in quality. It reminded me of the kind of computer chairs we use to use when i was a RN at our computer desk in the Operating Room. It was so easy to put together and i was able to use it right away at my desk to work on my art journal. It’s very comfortable and has good support for my back. It was reasonably priced, I highly recommend this product.

Comfortable and well built - a great value for your money
I couldn't be happier with this chair. Compared to my $700 desk chair at my office, this is a great value in a well built chair that should last for years. Is it as nice or as comfortable as my office chair? No - but you get what you pay for. Assembly was truly all of 5 minutes and no tools were needed. Super simple. I'm really glad I paid the extra $10 for the adjustable backrest. Once you figure out the proper height for the backrest you really need to crank down on the adjustment knob or it will tend to slip down. This chair is very firm - I think it is great, but my wife thinks it is too firm. I suspect you may be unhappy if you like something more plush.

It is what it says it is...
I bought this because I have a desk unit in my kitchen next to the kitchen island/bar, and I thought the range of height adjustment would be ideal - simply pull over the desk chair and raise it up for additional seating at the bar. I does in fact accomplish this purpose rather well. Be aware that the rolling base takes up a bit more room than bar stools/chairs with legs. Pros: build quality is not super polished but structurally very solid. Arms of the base pedestal are cast as one piece and the gas cylinder slides into it precisely. The gas cylinder is hefty - no flimsiness in the structure. Foot ring is a bit lighter construction but seems solid enough - we'll see. The weld joint in the ring is a bit rough. (Instructions for foot ring appear to be wrong. There is a plastic bushing that they show being placed on the cylinder with the flange at the top before the foot ring is installed. But the foot ring won't go over the flange. Put the plastic bushing on with the flange at the bottom, then the foot ring slides right on to it and fits snugly on the gas cylinder. Slide it up or down as desired and tighten the hand screw against the plastic bushing to hold it in place.) Cushion is substantial, at least as of first use. I've seen complaints that the side supports of the cushion are a bit tight. I'm 5'10" 190 lbs and to me it feels supportive without being tight. Cons: does not go down quite as far as a standard office chair; my thighs hit the desk drawer if I slide in too far. However, I find the height to be good for typing on a 30" desk height. Neutral: It's a drafting stool, not a chair, so thigh support is a bit short and the back rest is fairly low. They say the back is adjustable but the bar at the base of the back rest is too short to allow any significant movement up or down. Back angle is adjustable but locks in place and does not allow any reclining once locked, unless you readjust the position. Overall a solidly built and comfortable drafting stool for the money, with versatility to be used as an office chair, sort of. Probably would not be a good for an all day office chair, particularly for taller individuals.

Change is good!
I was being tortured by my current, traditional, white desk chair. It is too big, the unadjustable arms don't go under middle of the desk, it doesn't go up as high as promised, and the gas cylinder gave out shortly after purchase. I had to replace the casters too. Then I purchased this chair!!!!I LOVE IT! It does everything as promised, and is comfortable too. A plus, >it has a great footbar too! The solid gas cylinder is a sleek chrome, there are more adjustable positions, and the casters are already upgraded. It glides along my desk mat, fitting nicely under the desk, providing more room, not obstructing the 'room view.' A pleasure to sit in, finally! Quality materials and solid assembly. I'll definitely buy this again as needed, or as a gift. Anyone need a used white desk chair, cheap?

Breaks really quickly under normal use
I have now ordered two of these for use at the register at my store. It's comfortable and has the features we want (footrest, adjustable height) and it's super cheap, but there's a reason for that. The first one only lasted a year before a critical weld broke so the seat was no longer attached to the base, and the second one only lasted a MONTH before the actual metal holding the seat back tore -- yes, tore. We ordered the second one knowing we weren't likely to get a year out of it only because we were in the middle of the holiday shopping season, and this one would ship quickly. It's difficult to find chairs that will fit plus-sized employees, and the price was low enough to tolerate spending it again and using the 6-12 months before it broke to research a better solution. It spectacularly failed to meet even that very low expectation. Please note that while we were specifically shopping for a "big and tall" chair, we chose this one because none of my staff are close to the weight limit that this chair advertises it's rated for.

Adjustable & easy to assemble
Love this chair! It is so easy to assemble took me less than 30 minutes. A bonus is how smooth and quiet the wheels are when rolling.the only thing is you do have to be somewhat careful when sitting as it does roll easily and wheels don’t lock. Overall a love though the chair height and back are both adjust and offers great back support!

Cheap wheels great chair
Wheels are super cheap and were damaged upon delivery chair is overall really nice and pretty comfortable. I’m a nail tech and sit all day. I also love the foot rest bar. However I did have to order better wheel replacements with out compensation.I recommend doing this it makes the chair look way nicer! I didn’t want to return because of such a big package I was unable to fit in the car I drive so I didn’t really have a choice.
