The remote does not work
I got the blades cut and programed the transponder so the keys will open the doors and start the car but the remote part stopped working within 6 months...

Range isn't great but they work
Batteries Plus employee had a hard time cutting these keys because apparently, unlike my factory key, there is some kind of tiny metal protrusions. I didn't see exactly what he was talking about, but another employee came and had to fiddle with the machine and they had to crank down the key into the cutting slot to get the job done. It took forever. Once cut, they worked fine. The range of the remote is less than my factory key, but after buying these and paying about a quarter of what the dealer charged for just one key to cut and program in total for two keys, I'll survive. My last aftermarket key for this car lasted about 2 years before the lock button stopped working reliably. The buttons on these keys seem to have a more positive "click" when pressed so hopefully there won't be any issues like that.

1 key was programmable and one key wasn't!
The locksmith was here to do both keys and only one would program! I PAID FOR HIS TIME AND THE KEY DIDNT WORK. HOWEVER, ONE DID.

Worked perfectly at less expense than the dealer rip off
They programed right up and the keys work. Much better price than the pirates at the dealer wanted.
