Great Product
This fob was compatible with my car, saved a lot of money versus going with a Mazda dealership.

Great OEM keyfob
Got it from NorthCoast Keyless. Confirmed it is a real OEM keyfob, was able to get it programmed by a local keysmith. One note: Please double check and make sure the FCC ID is the exact same as the remote you want to copy from. For me my original was a WAZSKE13D02, and the copy was a WAZSKE13D01 but worked fine.

Don’t purchase
I purchased this key fob because it was advertise as OEM. I had a professional key programmer program the fob. It initiated a key security light on my dash that can only be remedied by replacing both of my key fobs at a cost over $800 at a Mazda dealer. The remote works, but it insisted the dtc.

Good
It will work however, depending on where you get it programmed, you will have a permanent light on the dash.

Not as described
The key works As expected . No issue pairing with my car only issue with that you don’t get both parts of the key you just get the smart fob attachment you’ll have to go to the dealership to get a key if needed is doesn’t come as shown . Still works. And does save money . 100 for this fob 50 for the key at the dealer and 150 to code the key cuts were free .

Worked great. Beware Mazda dealers
Dealer didn’t want to cut the blank key (because it wasn’t bought from them) so I had to buy another blank.. but the electronic part worked fine and this replacement key is going strong after a year. Be sure to check the FCC number to confirm compatibility. I’ve had to buy and program two of these and they both work great.

Its legit!
It came packaged in a small envelope with no other documentation. It still looked legit so I called a locksmith to get it programmed and the guy told me that since I didnt buy it from him his machine would not be able to program it. That made me worry so I took it to my Mazda dealer who said that sometimes they look real but are fake. So he said he would have the technician try to program it first before cutting the key. But I would still have to pay $140 bucks for the programming evening it failed. Again I was worried.Thankfully it worked and I saved money! It would have cost almost $300 to buy from the dealership!
