Need to order for my elem. music teacher. How many sets should I order for classes of about 25 students?

the song sheet we include with all the boomwhackers require 5-6 notes to play- so 6 sets would cover you however more sets would give more possibilities and more tubes per child! Also you might consider adding a set or two of BWCG which adds some chromatic notes and therefore you could work with many more songs-hope this helps!

Could these be mounted to a wooden post and played that way?

If you can figure out how to mount them I wouldn't see why not.

Can these be mounted and used outdoors? Trying to make an outdoor music area

They are plastic so the weather will do what weather does to plastic after a while. I suppose they could be mounted outside though.

Great Toddler Musical Development Toy

Not too loud. Great for toddlers! Hours of fun for me and for them. Just be mindful they will swing them and table lamps may be endangered. They come with caps which makes their sound louder. Very durable! Worth the money.

Entertaining but needs storage bag

Made of plastic and takes a while to figure out how to use them musically. Wished the bag could be used to store and carry the tubes but you need to tear it to access the tubes. A carrying case or storage bag would be great

Good set

I brought a set of these into my classroom and they survived 120 teenagers, so I call that durable! We played along with boomwacker videos from YouTube and the sound/pitch was good.
