VERY firm
This product is what it says it is. Turned out to be to firm for me. It was uncomfortable when used on my back. Also, I went with a 24" which was a little to long. I found18 to 20 inches to be a better fit for me. The roller looks like it will last forever, can't imagine wearing the thing out.

High Density Foam Roller
This product didn't list how hard the foam is, it's much too hard to lay your knees over or lay on if you have an underlying problem like fibromyalgia. I reordered the level down & it also too hard, but I'm keeping it, I have to lay a pillow on it to use it for exercising a knee that had a complete knee replacement. If you don't know what a High Density Foam Roller is, you will get a rude awakening. It needs to be explained in the product description. None of the one's I found on Amazon are firm, but soft & cushiony. The one's at Physical Therapy are also made out of foam, but they are cushiony soft, they do not hurt to use them. Thanks!

Complete junk.
This roller is splitting down the middle and has flat spots with less than a month of use. Tried to send it back, but it requires you to pack it up in “original packing” Reallllly… who keeps their amazing boxes after delivery. I would never buy from this company again.UPDATE.... this roller is hollow and filled with little beads of foam...
