UPDATE: The seller contacted me and subsequently sent a replacement free of charge. Have been using it for a few days and this one seems much sturdier. It is less squishy, and much less prone to "remembering" indentations. This is much more in line with what I expected when I purchased. Possibly the first one was defective.Old review:After using this pad for only a few days, my wrist has created a divot that will not self-heal or go back to normal. Very cheap.I wish I hadn't thrown away the packaging so I could return it.

practical, hood idea

The concept and design for this product are excellent, but the gel filling is a major fail that offsets all the good aspects. Comfort is the primary goal and on this point it fails to deliver.The issue is that the gel filling becomes permanently compressed and malformed at each point of contact with your wrists after just a few days of use. At that point, the wrist rest no longer provides any support or padding in precisely the areas where needed.Unfortunately I was so happy with first impression of the product that I immediately tossed the packaging before realizing its failings after a few days use...otherwise I would return it.Given its excellent design, a more resilient filling like memory foam could make this product truly great.

This is comfortable and I have really enjoyed using it together the with one for the tracking pad. However after 10 months it split and the gel is coming out. I am going to purchase a replacement and hope that it lasts longer this time.

This item is a must have if you buy the Logitec Keys keyboard. I have found it more comfortable than other wrist rests and liked it so well I bought a second one for another PC.

It's a nice design, only thing I didn't like was the wrist support was lacking. It really didn't provide any support. Nice tray to hold the keyboard in place

The concept/design for this product is excellent, but the execution from a materials standpoint makes it a failure in my opinion. I still like the way it holds the keyboard, including the ability to plug in the charging cable while using the product.The issue with this wrist rest is that the gel/padding in the wrist rest gets compressed or stuck after just a few days/weeks of regular use.If you look at the photos, you can see how the rest is already squished down, lumpy, and stuck to the bottom surface and does not ever regain it's shape or cushion.This leaves you with a keyboard pad without a functioning wrist pad/rest.FYI, this is my second one as I returned the first after a few weeks thinking (and hoping) it was defective.I wish they had used something more resilient or memory foam that can resume it's shape after having your hands /wrists sitting on it.

For me, this has been indispensable. I take it with me when I travel with my magic keyboard. At my office, it’s incredibly comfortable and convenient. Fix the magic keyboard perfectly. Totally recommend.
