Excellent end result. Very difficult to install correctly
Wonderful lock. Can lock and access on either side defense, which is excellent. Was not easy to install at all, though directions for shaft that goes through fence were not great but eventually, I got it to work and I’m very happy with it.

Expensive BUT worth it
Had to replace my standard lock on my pool gate because the door sags so it would not latch (lock) properly, no matter how many times I fixed the sag. This latch is awesome. Love the way it clicks into the door and how easy it is to open from the other side (I bought the 2 sided lock). Really simple to install. Easy to open and close, love that I can use a key to lock it too. Highly recommend.

Aesthetically pleasing. Mechanical function could be a bit more robust.
Just bought this for our new vinyl fence. I’m very pleased with the appearance and the general function. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I feel like the actual lock and latch mechanism has more play in it than I would prefer. It’s not a deal breaker but just something to note. So far the quality seems nice. Only time will tell how it holds up to the sun and weather. Fit is customizable and pretty easy to install. Just take your time if you don’t do many DIY projects. Remember, measure twice, cut (or drill) once.

Lock inoperable on fifth use.
Installed the lock assembly in early July. I only use this gate when mowing so I've opened it only about four times . Key was difficult to insert but figured it would free up with use. Lock will not accept ether key now so I will have to cut it off the gate and replace the entire assembly. This latch is an absolute piece of junk!!!

Great product
Easy to install works great. High quality construction. Easy to open with full hands and lock is strong. Looks and fits perfectly. Little expensive but worth the peace of mind.
